In 2019 after learning that higher quality meat could be found at our local farmer’s markets than was available at the grocery store, we decided to raise our own. By raising our own cattle and harvesting our own beef, we could ensure exactly what our beef was fed, that it was raised humanely and harvested respectfully.
Quality
We raise our cattle on grass and finish them on high quality grains and feeds. This gives us the flavor, marbling and tenderness that we think is important.

After selling to our friends and family we developed a passion for providing quality beef to our community. We now enjoy providing great beef to new friends who appreciate locally produced food and supporting small farmers and ranchers.
