How to Order
- Make your selections on the ORDER page
- If ordering whole, half or quarter beef – specify any specific cuts you are interested in, in the comments section.
- If ordering ala carte – specify how many steaks or pounds of meat in the comments section.
- After making your selections, we will contact you to verify weights, pricing, shipping or pick-up information. Once you are satisfied with your order, we will forward a link for you to submit payment.
- Whole, half and quarter prices are based on hanging weight (hanging weight= approximately 60% of live weight)
- Finished weight= approximately 60% of hanging weight)
