  • Make your selections on the ORDER page
  • After making your selections, we will send an invoice with weights and final price.  We will arrange shipping or pick-up.  Payment required upon satisfactory delivery.
  •  Whole and half prices are based on hanging weight (hanging weight= approximately 60% of live weight)
  • Ala carte items updated weekly
